ENTRY REGIME FOR CITIZENS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Citizens of the Republic of Serbia may enter Benin. The first health check is performed upon arrival at the airport, along with the first PCR test. Persons without visible symptoms are ordered to self-isolate. Persons with visible symptoms are referred to the Isolation Centre and their passport will temporarily be retained. A second PCR test is performed after 15 days. A third PCR test is performed prior to leaving Benin. Test results are obtained within 24 to 48 hours. The cost of testing is borne by the travellers, and it amounts to approximately EUR 150. In case the test result is positive after 15 days, the state of Benin undertakes further treatment without charging for expenses.

 

ENTERING AND LEAVING THE COUNTRY

Citizens of the Republic of Serbia may enter Benin. They need to have the appropriate visa. The official visa application site is www.evisa.gouv.bj.

No social security agreement has been signed.
