Minister Đurić Attends Founding Assembly of the Serbian-Israeli Chamber of Commerce
On that occasion, he held discussions with Israeli business representatives and institutional officials, as well as with the founders of the Serbian-Israeli Chamber of Commerce, regarding the steps that preceded its establishment and the potential of this body in the context of developing overall bilateral relations.
The head of Serbian diplomacy emphasized that this is a newly established business association of Israeli companies successfully operating in Serbia and Serbian companies operating in Israel, representing a significant and important step in strengthening Serbia’s position in Israel.
As he underlined, this positive momentum in relations between the two countries should be translated into as many concrete opportunities as possible.
“I would like to thank all of you who are already operating in Serbia, as you are doing an excellent job, employing a large number of Serbian citizens and contributing to both countries. Tell us how we can further assist you in becoming even more successful. That is our role—we are here to open doors,” Đurić said.
On behalf of the Serbian-Israeli Chamber of Commerce, Gili Dekel, one of the founders of the association whose company has been successfully operating in Serbia for more than two decades, addressed those gathered and highlighted the importance of establishing such a body for the development of business activities in both countries.
