Đurić confers with Co-Chair of the Serbian Caucus in the U.S. Congress

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, Marko Đurić, met today in Washington with Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, Co-Chair of the Serbian Caucus in the United States Congress.

The meeting provided an opportunity for an open and substantive exchange of views on key issues concerning the Republic of Serbia and the Balkan region, which are the subject of interest and consideration on Capitol Hill.

Minister Đurić presented a comprehensive overview of the current state of Serbian–American relations, highlighting the dynamic cooperation across various fields, ranging from political dialogue to energy and other areas of mutual interest.

The interlocutors also exchanged views on broader global issues and current international challenges.

The Serbian Foreign Minister expressed particular appreciation to Congresswoman Tenney for her active engagement within the Serbian Caucus, underscoring that the work of this body plays a significant role in promoting Serbia in the U.S. Congress and in strengthening understanding of and interest in Serbia among members of the legislative branch.
