TANJUG: Dačić condemned the attack on Knežević

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemns the nationality-based attack on Milan Knežević, one of the leaders of the Serbian people in Montenegro, Minister Ivica Dačić said today.
Dačić assessed that this was the result of a multi-year anti-Serbian campaign, which, as he says, is continuously led by certain political parties and state officials in Montenegro.
"It is in the interest of good relations between Serbia and Montenegro and the Serbian and Montenegrin people that the state authorities identify and punish the perpetrators of this crime as soon as possible," Dačić stated for Tanjug.
According to Dačić, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia has a constitutional obligation and a legitimate right in compliance with all international conventions to care for and look after the members of our people who live in other countries.
