Kozarev confers with Stevandić in Banja Luka

The Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Dušan Kozarev is paying a working visit to the Republic of Srpska.

During the session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska in Banja Luka, at which the President of the Republic of Srpska is being elected, Kozarev met with the Speaker of the Assembly, Nenad Stevandić.

The interlocutors underlined the exceptional importance of maintaining continuous and close coordination between the highest leaderships of the Republic of Srpska and the Republic of Serbia in the current challenging geopolitical circumstances facing the Serbian people.

They reaffirmed their joint commitment to the fundamental principles of the Dayton Peace Agreement and confirmed their readiness to continue institutional cooperation with a view to improving the quality of life of citizens.

Special attention was also devoted to discussing the regional and global economic and political situation.
