Kozarev Confers with the Ambassador of Belarus

The interlocutors expressed confidence that bilateral relations, grounded in the traditional friendship and cultural and historical closeness of the two nations, will continue to be further enhanced through the deepening of ties in areas of mutual interest.

Discussions also addressed the further development of cooperation in the fields of education, culture, and sport, the continuation of political consultations between the two ministries, as well as regional and global issues of importance to both countries.

Kozarev extended an invitation to the Embassy of Belarus to participate in the upcoming competitions within the framework of the first Diplomatic Sports Games, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The interlocutors paid particular attention to bilateral economic relations, assessing that the Serbian–Belarusian Intergovernmental Commission for Trade and Economic Cooperation represents a solid framework for launching joint projects and expanding contacts.

Kozarev conveyed his gratitude to Belarus for its consistent support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Serbia.
