Kozarev and Brkić discuss SFRY Property and EU Membership

The Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, Dušan Kozarev, met in Belgrade with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Josip Brkić.
The main focus of the meeting was on matters related to Annex B within the framework of the process concerning the succession of property of the former Yugoslavia. It was jointly noted that, in light of the current positive and constructive atmosphere, the division of property among the successor states should be finalized as soon as possible.
Referring to the recently held Adriatic-Ionian Initiative and EU meeting in Crete, the interlocutors agreed that a clear perspective of full EU membership for the entire Western Balkans, along with the continued strengthening of regional cooperation and mutual integration processes, is of vital importance for improving the quality of life across the region.
