"European Week of Sport" held in Sofia

As part of the "European Sports Week", Serbian Ambassador to Sofia, Željko Jović, attended the opening ceremony called "Opening of the Night of Sport", in front of the National Palace of Culture.
The "European Week of Sport" is being held for the seventh time in a row under the auspices of the Bulgarian Ministry of Youth and Sports, whose goal is to promote sports activities through various initiatives and competitions.
The ceremony was also attended by Mariya Gabriel, EU Commissioner for innovation, research, culture, education and youth, as well as the Minister of Sports of the Republic of Bulgaria, Andrej Kuzmanov.
