Ambassador Vekić met Martin Kostak

Ambassador Berislav Vekić met Martin Kostak, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Department for South and Southeastern Europe of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.
At the meeting it was confirmed that there was a great dynamics of bilateral relations which were additionally intensified after the visit of the Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić to the Czech Republic in May.
It was mutually estimated that economic cooperation was very good but also that there was additional room for improvement of the foreign trade exchange which amounted last year EUR 1.2 billion, and such data in the first six months of this year indicated that this amount would be exceeded.
Furthermore, the unreserved support of this country to Serbia on its path to the EU was emphasized.
